XTEN-AV will host live demonstrations at Stand HM41 during Integrate Expo 2026, September 2–4 at ICC Sydney. Visitors can see how system design, project management, proposal automation and post-installation service are connected within one centralized platform, with a closer look at X-PRO Service and key platform functionalities.
Sydney, Australia – August 13, 2026: XTEN-AV is bringing X-PRO service and additional platform capabilities to Integrate Expo 2026, taking place from September 2-4 at ICC Sydney.
AV professionals from Australia and New Zealand can visit Stand HM41 to explore how AI-assisted AV design, smart proposals and documentation connect with project delivery and post-installation service across the platform.
A key focus at Integrate Expo will be X-PRO Service, XTEN-AV’s post-installation service management capability. At stand HM41, live demonstrations will show participants how to manage service calls, agreements, contracts and service performance analytics within the XTEN-AV platform. Attendees will also see how service calls move through defined stages, Open, Assigned, Scheduled, In Progress and Completed, giving service teams clearer visibility into active and completed work.
XTEN-AV will also feature how X-PRO Service connects post-installation activity with existing X-DRAW diagrams, BOMs and installation documentation, allowing service teams to have access to relevant project details when handling post-installation requirements.
Beyond X-PRO Service, XTEN-AV’s presence at Integrate Expo 2026 will encompass capabilities across AV design, validation, documentation and project management.
Demonstrations will include AI Connection Check in X-DRAW, which reviews schematic drawings for potential signal mismatches, connector-pairing issues and loose connections, with flagged items accompanied by relevant cable IDs and reasons for technical review.
XAVIA BOM Upload which uses AI to turn uploaded equipment lists into structured BOMs. Areas in Design and Location & Sub-Location for organizing equipment and drawings across rooms, floors and buildings. Additionally, Automated Front Elevation Diagrams for creating editable, scale-accurate display and screen elevations, alongside submittal and specification-sheet management and proposal cost analysis.
Together, these features reflect XTEN-AV’s broader focus at Integrate Expo 2026: connecting technical design information with the documentation and project requirements that follow it.
“Post-installation service is becoming an increasingly important part of the relationship between AV integrators and their clients,” Said Sahil Dhingra, Co-Founder and CEO of XTEN-AV. Service teams need access to accurate drawings, equipment details and installation records when supporting systems after deployment. At Integrate Expo 2026, visitors can explore how XTEN-AV keeps project information connected from initial system planning through installation and ongoing service.
AV integrators, consultants, systems designers, engineers, project and commissioning professionals, field technicians and service teams attending Integrate Expo 2026 can visit XTEN-AV at stand HM41 from September 2-4 at ICC Sydney to discuss their own AV project requirements with the company’s team and see the relevant capabilities demonstrated live.
