Contest Terms & Conditions

1) Organizer

This contest (“Contest”) is organized by XTEN-AV (“XTEN-AV”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2) Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your entry or participating in this Contest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our decisions regarding the Contest, which are final and binding.

3) Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of XTEN-AV (and any partner directly involved in running the Contest) may be excluded at XTEN-AV’s discretion.

4) How to Enter

  • You must complete the official entry form and provide accurate information.

  • Only entries submitted through the designated channel(s) will be considered valid.

  • XTEN-AV may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, automated, suspicious, or submitted in bad faith.

5) Entry Rules

  • Limit: One entry per person unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Contest details.

  • Any attempt to manipulate the Contest (including bots, scripts, fake identities, or repeated submissions) may result in disqualification.

6) Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected based on the Contest rules described on the campaign page (e.g., random draw, judged criteria, or first-come basis), as applicable.

  • XTEN-AV will notify winners via the email address and/or phone number provided.

  • If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe (or within a reasonable time), XTEN-AV may select an alternate winner.

7) Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

  • XTEN-AV reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

  • Taxes, duties, or fees (if any) related to receipt or use of prizes are the winner’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law.

8) Use of Participant Information (Emailing, Communication & Internal Analysis)

By entering the Contest, you agree that XTEN-AV may collect, store, and use the information you provide (such as name, email, company, role, and other submitted details) for:

  • Emailing and communication related to the Contest (e.g., confirmations, updates, winner notifications), and

  • XTEN-AV’s internal analysis, including improving our products, services, campaigns, reporting, and customer experience.

Where required by applicable law, we will request necessary consent for marketing messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

9) Publicity

If you win, you may be asked to allow XTEN-AV to use your name, company name, and/or submitted content (e.g., photo, testimonial) for promotional purposes. Where required by law, we will request your explicit consent before publishing identifiable details.

10) Intellectual Property & Submitted Content (If Applicable)

If the Contest involves submitting content (photos, text, designs, etc.):

  • You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and it does not violate any third-party rights.

  • You grant XTEN-AV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share the submitted content for Contest administration and related promotional purposes (with credit where reasonable), unless prohibited by law or stated otherwise.

11) Disqualification & Cancellation

XTEN-AV may disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or applicable laws. XTEN-AV also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if events beyond reasonable control affect fairness, integrity, or proper functioning.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTEN-AV is not responsible for:

  • technical issues, network failures, form submission errors, or delayed communications,

  • lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries,

  • any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.

13) Privacy & Data Retention

We will handle participant information consistent with applicable privacy laws and XTEN-AV’s privacy practices. We may retain entries and related data as long as necessary for Contest administration, legal compliance, audit needs, and internal analysis.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to XTEN-AV’s operating jurisdiction, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
