Coming with 35 years of experience in the AV industry, Jay brings in expertise and leadership to guide the AV firm in their new phase of growth.

Jay Rogina is the former Principal of Spinitar, a leading AV system design and integration firm in the United States, where he served from 1999 to 2022. Jay drove Spinitar’s entrance and growth into AV integration, leading it to become a leading name in the industry. He also served as the Chairman of Infocomm International from Jan-Dec 2009. Earlier in his career, Jay served as the Director of Technical Services at Startel Corporation and as the Vice President, Technical Services at American Video Communications.

 

A 3-decade long experience in dealing with markets like healthcare, higher education, entertainment, corporate and government, makes Jay the perfect guiding force and advisor with the XTEN-AV board. Jay’s self-professed ‘love for technology’ and expertise in innovation aligns perfectly with the XTEN-AV mission transcend conventional AV design and sales boundaries.
