XTEN-AV Expands X-PRO Install with X-PRO Service to Connect AV Project Delivery and After-Sales Support

XTEN-AV expands X-PRO with X-PRO Service for AV project delivery and after-sales support

New service management capabilities bring service calls, agreements, field service management and performance analytics into the same platform used to manage AV installations.

Las Vegas, USA – June 15, 2026: XTEN-AV has expanded X-PRO Install with X-PRO Service, a new after-sales service management capability designed to help AV integrators manage after-sales support within the same environment used for project delivery.

X-PRO Service operates alongside X-PRO Installation that gives AV integration firms a connected way to manage work after a system has been installed. Service managers don’t have to rely on separate spreadsheets, email threads and disconnected ticketing tools, instead they can track client requests, schedule technicians, document site visits, manage service agreements and monitor service performance in one place.

The expansion addresses a common operational challenge for AV firms:  after an installation is done, the ongoing service process often becomes disconnected from the original project record. Yet, technicians and service managers require access to the original project information. When project delivery and after-sales support are managed across different tools, service managers can lose time locating records, confirming the scope of work and tracking previous updates.

X-PRO Service is designed to create a clearer handoff from installation delivery to ongoing client support. It operates within the same platform where the original project was designed and delivered, technicians can reference the relevant X-DRAW diagrams, project BOM and installation documentation. This way they can understand the system history without searching across disconnected tools.

“The installation is only the beginning of the customer relationship,” said Sahil Dhingra, Co-founder & CEO, XTEN-AV. “AV firms need a structured way to manage what happens after handoff without losing the project context created during design and delivery. X-PRO Service brings installation and after-sales support into one connected work process, helping teams maintain visibility from the original project through every service visit.”

Manage Service Calls from Request to Resolution

X-PRO Service gives service managers a visual Kanban-style board for tracking calls through each stage: Open, Assigned, Scheduled, In Progress and Completed.

Teams can assign technicians, set priority levels, categorize reported issues and schedule service windows from a centralized view. Each service call includes a detailed record for checklist, Schedule Service tab, Work Summary, Invoice generation, Account Details, and a Timestamped Status-Change Audit Trail.

Invoices can be generated directly from the service-call record and linked to the work summary and parts used, helping teams complete the billing process without switching tools. This makes it easier for service managers to see which calls require attention, which technicians are assigned and where delays may be arising.

Create and Track Service Agreements in One Place

X-PRO Service management software also gives AV firms a structured work process for managing service agreements. Teams can prepare agreements, define the scope of services, document terms and conditions and track each agreement through its progress stages.

The agreement workflow helps AV firms keep service-related information organized by project while providing greater visibility into agreements that are being prepared, sent and reviewed.

By bringing service agreements into the same platform as project delivery, XTEN-AV helps teams reduce scattered documentation and maintain a clearer record of long-term client commitments.

Improve Visibility into Service Operations

Service managers and business leaders can use X-PRO Service analytics to monitor key aspects of their service operations, including closed sales, close rate, sales cycle, length, technician utilization, call volumes and monthly service and labor revenue.

The dashboard helps teams review open, scheduled and completed work while understanding how technicians are being assigned across service requirements. This gives leadership a clearer view of service activity without depending on manually prepared reports.

Support Field Technicians from the Job Site

The XTEN-AV mobile app extends X-PRO Service into the field. Technicians can view assigned service calls, check scheduled work, access site details and review reports before arriving at a client location. They can also access a week-ahead view of upcoming calls and use the service site map to navigate directly from the app.

From the mobile Field View, technicians can log time, update the service stage and record visit details such as the issue identified, the action taken and the next steps required. Teams can also document site visits with images and internal notes, creating a more complete service history for future reference.

Updates made in the field are synchronized with the cloud-based platform, helping office teams monitor progress without waiting for end-of-day updates or separate technician reports.

One X-PRO Environment for Installation and Service

X-PRO now brings together two connected areas of AV work process:

  1. X-PRO Installation helps teams manage project delivery through task planning, scheduling, field coordination, inventory, purchase orders, invoicing and project reporting.
  2.  X-PRO Service helps teams manage post-installation support through service calls, technician work process, agreements, contracts, invoices and analytics.

Together, the capabilities help AV firms maintain continuity as a project moves from installation work into ongoing client support.
