No. X-PRO Service doesn’t offer automated route optimization. Scheduling is handled by the service manager through Calendar View. Technicians can see their assigned calls, check the site map, and reschedule from Field View if plans change in the field. The platform supports site maps, technician assignment, time logs, and commute-fee tracking but routing decisions stay with the manager.
